Currently in the freezer — unopened as of 2026-06-01. Sebastian Ramirez Red Fruits co-ferment from Fincas El Placer in Quindío. Caturra varietal. Fermented anaerobically with wine yeast and dehydrated strawberries for 120 hours, then re-fermented for 72 hours with CO₂ injection, then dried in the shade for 5 days at 40°C.
